How does the medical AI work?
You have three ways to consult: 1) Upload a photo of your lab result or report and the AI explains it; 2) Pick a specialist by area (cardiology, dermatology, pediatrics…) for a focused consultation; 3) Ask the chat directly about symptoms, treatments or medications. In seconds you get a clear explanation in plain language.
Is it safe to use Doctor AI for my health questions?
Doctor AI is an information tool that complements your doctor’s care. Answers draw on reference clinical documentation, but they are no substitute for a professional diagnosis. In an emergency, or with severe symptoms, always see your doctor.
What health topics does the app cover?
Doctor AI covers ten specialties: general medicine, cardiology, dermatology, pediatrics, neurology, gynecology, psychiatry, endocrinology, gastroenterology and traumatology. You can ask about symptoms, treatments, medications and the interpretation of lab results and reports.
What is the difference between the free and Premium plan?
We’re still working out the limits of each plan before launch. The idea is that you can use the medical chat without paying, and that Premium adds unlimited consultations, report upload, specialists by area and full history.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from the app. There are no contracts or commitments. Your premium access will continue until the end of the billing period.
Does it work with reports from any lab or clinic?
Doctor AI reads the image of the report itself, so it doesn’t depend on each lab’s format. All it needs is a legible photo or screenshot.
Can I use Doctor AI from my browser?
Not yet. The mobile app comes first; the browser version is in development, and you can sign up to try it as soon as it’s ready.
